Frequently asked questions about 2135
What voltage does the Junior 200 Extra need?
Junior 200 Extra works on 400V supply voltage. The total installed capacity includes two 7.5 kW submersible mixers, a 10 kW external bottom heating module and a 4 kW submersible mixer, so proper electrical installation by a qualified technician is essential for safe and reliable operation.
What materials are used in contact with the wort?
All components in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, including the dipstick. The seals are made of EPDM rubber and the hoses are made of food-grade, high-temperature-resistant rubber, which ensures complete hygiene compliance during brewing.
What is the purpose of the three separate containers?
Each vessel performs a specific stage: the first for malting and boiling, the second for filtering and mixing, and the third for rinsing. This separation enables parallel operation, reduces cycle times and ensures a consistent, repeatable production process.
Can the control system be upgraded?
Yes. The Junior 200 Extra comes standard with automatic control panel thermostats and the Enobrew-Touch control system is available as an option for advanced recipe management and process automation.
Is the system suitable for craft breweries?
Yes, the Junior 200 Extra is designed for professional craft brewery use. The three-vessel configuration, powerful heating and mixing unit, and wort quality control sight glass make it ideal for small to medium volume production.
