Powerful alkaline disinfecting cleaning agent for food industry equipment and beverage coolers. Particularly effective for cleaning beer hoses and CIP systems (Clean-in-Place), effectively removes fats, oils and protein residues.
Operating principle. The alkaline cleaning agent is primarily intended for removing organic residues, fats, protein residues and biofilm from beverage cooler lines. Recommended as primary cleaning before acidic cleaning. Standard mixing ratio: 1:200. For stronger contamination, increase concentration. Maximum contact time: 30 minutes. pH: 13 (concentrate).
Application areas: beverage cooler lines, beer hoses, CIP systems, work surfaces, commercial kitchen equipment.
Safety requirements: wear protective gloves and protective clothing when using. Do not mix cleaning agents with each other. Rinse surfaces before contact with food.
