Achieve an icy appearance with KegLand's new stainless steel T-Bar dispenser. The device comes with pre-installed internal hoses, making installation extremely easy. These frosted-looking dispensers are ideal for bars, cafes, or events. If you need a larger distribution system, we also offer a 6-tap T-shaped model.
When using glycol instead of water, it's possible to achieve a special freezing point. This means that the beer/cider won't freeze, but the outer surface of the dispenser will frost over - depending on the strength of the beverage. If you're serving light beer, it may freeze. Using glycol for carbonated water lines is not recommended when trying to achieve an icy appearance.
This T-shaped dispenser is specifically designed for use with G40.1 IceMaster or G80 IceMaster chillers. In warmer climates, we recommend connecting the liquid pipes with double circulation on the G80 device. If you can keep the kegs cold or a single pass through the glycol chiller is sufficient, then the G40.1 is the ideal choice.

These T-shaped dispensers come with pre-installed internal hoses that extend approximately 50 mm beyond the base of the device to allow you to attach your fittings. Although the internal hoses are pre-installed, a leak test should still be performed.

How can the font frost over without the beer freezing inside?
When you run glycol through it instead of water, the dispenser reaches a freezing point that frosts the outer surface while the beverage keeps flowing. How much it frosts depends on the strength of the drink; with very light beer the liquid itself may freeze, so match the chiller setting to what you serve.
Should I pair it with the G40.1 or the G80 IceMaster chiller?
It is designed for the G40.1 IceMaster or G80 IceMaster. If you can keep the kegs cold and a single pass through the glycol chiller is enough, the G40.1 is ideal; in warmer conditions connect the liquid lines with double circulation on the G80.
What opening and clearance does the countertop need?
Installed, the font stands about 430 mm high and 400 mm wide and requires a 70 mm hole in the countertop. The two 10 mm glycol connections are the inlet and outlet, with the lower pipe being the inlet.
Can I use it for carbonated or soda water lines too?
Running glycol to get the icy appearance is not recommended for soda water lines. Keep the frosting setup for beer and cider, and handle carbonated water separately.
