The system also cools the beverage, so all you need to do is fill the included container with your nitro cold brew coffee or cocktail mix and pour it directly through the tap. It's really that simple. Alternatively, if you want to pour nitro beer, don't use the included nitro container but use a keg instead. Fill your keg with nitrogen stout or other nitro beer. Then add a very small amount of gas pressure (maximum 1 or 2 psi) to the keg and connect the nitrogen outlet hose to the nitro dispenser.
