Thanks to the use of glycol at -25°C/-28°C, the 40-position bottle neck freezer in AISI 304 stainless steel allows bottle necks to be frozen during the disgorging phase of spumante and champagne, eliminating impurities and making the final product perfectly clear.

The compressor starts automatically. Forced glycol circulation via 2 stirrers. Freon R452A circuit with safety devices. 70 L internal container with 4 castor wheels.
