What does the reverse valve do for cleaning quality?
The reverse valve lets the cleaning fluid pulse back and forth through the lines rather than flowing one way only. This pulsing lifts stubborn yeast and beerstone deposits that a single-direction flush would leave behind. It is one of the main reasons the SP PROFI reaches a deeper clean than gravity or pump-only systems.
What does the air-suction function add over pump-only cleaners?
After the chemical wash, the air-suction function blows residual liquid and detergent out of the lines instead of leaving it to drip. This means less cleaning agent reaches the first glass and the lines are ready for beer sooner. It is especially useful on long runs to serving tanks where fluid would otherwise sit in the line.

The pressure pump delivers up to 12 atm, enough to drive cleaning fluid through long cellar runs and several lines together. Keeping the pressure high enough makes the flow turbulent, which lifts the deposits the reverse valve loosens. For very long installations, clean lines in sensible groups so full pressure reaches the farthest tap.
