Cooling coil 84cm BrewBuilt Ludicrous stainless steel
Usage: The BrewBuilt Ludicrous Coil is a professional-grade in-solution cooling system designed for precise fermentation temperature control in beer production. Temperature control is one of the most important aspects of a healthy, happy fermentation. When your fermenting beer gets too hot, the yeast will likely impart off-flavors that can easily overwhelm the taste of your finished beer.
Features: The Ludicrous Coil offers exceptional surface area for maximum cooling capacity compared to other chilling coils. It manages fermentation temperature with ease and has the capacity to chill beer to cold crashing temperatures when used with glycol and insulation. Upgrades standard and Plus model X-Series conicals with increased cooling performance. Compatible with any vessel with a 4" Tri-Clamp opening. Keg Connects and Floating Racking Buoy enable pressure transfer of the clearest beer from the top of your fermenter. Features 1.5" Tri-Clamp ferrule for use with additional accessories like the Pressure Fermentation Kit or Hop Bong. Sanitary all stainless steel construction with 3/8" OD inlet/outlet.
Technical data: Available in three sizes: 7/14 Gal (26L/56L) with 18.5" (470mm) coil height and 24" (610mm) float tubing length; 27 Gal (102L) with 24" (610mm) coil height and 30" (762mm) float tubing length; 38 Gal (143L) with 33" (838mm) coil height and 39" (990mm) float tubing length. Material: stainless steel. Connection: 3/8" OD inlet/outlet, 1.5" Tri-Clamp ferrule, 4" Tri-Clamp opening. Requires glycol chiller as cooling source. Recommended: G40 Glycol Chiller with 10mm barbed connection (best cooling power), alternatively G40.1 4-Pump model or G20 with 2 pumps (least efficient).
⚠️ Important: Requires glycol chiller for operation. Ensure compatibility with your vessel's 4" Tri-Clamp opening before purchase.
