What bottles are Ø26 mm crown caps suitable for?
Ø26 mm is the international standard size for glass bottles used for bottling juices, soft drinks, beer and cider. Caps fit all standard crown cap-neck bottles (BVS/PP26 is a separate standard). If in doubt, we recommend sending us a sample bottle to confirm compatibility prior to production.
Are the caps suitable for pasteurization?
Yes. The caps and their PVC-free seal are made to withstand the tunnel and bath pasteurization processes used in juice and beverage production. The seal remains tight and does not deform during heat treatment, which ensures product freshness and a longer shelf life.
Why tin-free steel and PVC-free gasket?
Tin-free steel (TFS) is a modern, corrosion-resistant alternative to tinplate, offering excellent food contact safety. The PVC-free seal excludes phthalates and meets the strictest EU food contact requirements - this is especially important for natural juices and organic products.

Yes, we print your company logo and custom design on the caps in up to multiple colors. The minimum order quantity per design is 220,000 pcs. Send us the design file (preferably in vector format) and we will prepare a print sample for approval before production.
What is the usual delivery time?
Delivery time for personalized printed crown caps is usually 4-8 weeks from design approval, depending on the number of colors and production schedule. For larger repeat orders, we can agree on stock to reduce delivery times.
