Does the machine meet food safety requirements?
Yes. The entire structure, inner basket and feed screw are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, fully certified for food contact. All parts in contact with the product comply with EU food safety standards.

The Delta Zero is available in single-phase and three-phase configurations, with a 1.5 HP (1.1 kW) motor. A three-phase connection must comply with local electrical installation codes and requires an appropriately sized circuit breaker and ground for safe use.
