The dicing disc is compatible with HENDI vegetable slicers models 231807 and 231852. It is designed specifically for these devices and is not suitable for vegetable slicers of other manufacturers or models.
Can the disc be used separately?
No. The dicing disc must always be used in conjunction with the slicing disc. Allowed combinations are 234730 + 280218 or 234747 + 280225. The slicing disc cuts the product into slices and the dicing disc cuts the slices into cubes in one pass.
What applications is this disc suitable for?

How to clean and maintain the disc?
