How to use
- Turn on the instrument by moving the switch on the top part
- Remove the black protective cap from the probe
- Dip the probe at least 4cm deep into the sample
- Wait a few seconds for the reading to stabilize
- Turn off the power after use to protect the battery
Calibration test
- Remove the battery cover and turn the switch to "TEST"
- The display will show 0.0°C ±0.3°C if the instrument is calibrated correctly
- Reset the switch to measuring position
