What dishes can this dishwasher wash?
The machine is designed for washing glasses, cups, plates and trays. Accommodates glasses up to 325 mm high and plates up to 335 mm. The set includes a universal glass basket, a plate basket (both 500x500x105 mm) and a cutlery basket (110x110x130 mm), which makes the device versatile in bars, cafes and restaurants.
How much water and energy does the machine consume?
Water consumption is only 2-2.5 liters per cycle. A 6 l boiler consumes 6 kWh and a 35 l tank consumes 2.8 kWh. The ECO mode further reduces energy consumption, making the device economical even during intensive daily use.
What do the SOFT START and THERMO-PROTECTOR functions do?
SOFT START starts each cycle gently, protecting fragile glassware and plates from thermal and mechanical shock. THERMO-PROTECTOR keeps the temperature of the rinsing water stable at +85°C, ensuring consistent hygiene and sanitary cleanliness regardless of the load.
Is the construction durable enough for professional use?
Yes. The wash chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion and chemical resistant. The double door with a 360 mm opening is equipped with a safety microswitch and safety thermostats protect both the boiler and the tank, ensuring reliable long-term operation.
What connections are required for installation?
The dishwasher requires a 400V/6600W three-phase power supply, cold water connection and drain. Water hose, drain hose and power cord are standard equipment. The detergent and rinse aid dispensers are already integrated.
