What can be washed in this machine?
The machine is designed for washing pots, GN containers, 600x400 mm pastry trays, jugs, saucers and cutlery. The large 500x600 mm basket accommodates bulky kitchen accessories that ordinary undercounter dishwashers cannot wash, which is why it is ideal for professional kitchens, bakeries and catering establishments.
What washing programs are available?
Three electronically controlled cycles of 120, 180 and 240 seconds are available, allowing you to choose according to the level of soiling. The washing temperature is 60°C and the final heat treatment is 82°C, which ensures thorough cleaning and hygiene that meets HACCP requirements.
Are detergent and rinse aid dispensers included?
Yes, both detergent and rinse aid dispensers are integrated as standard equipment. In addition, the set includes a drain pump, electronic thermometers in the boiler and bath, a plate, universal and cutlery basket, so the machine is immediately ready for use without buying additional accessories.
What are the power and connection requirements?
The dishwasher requires a 400V three-phase connection with a total power of 7100W. The power of the boiler depends on the model (4 kW or 6 kW), the washing pump is 1.2 kW and the protection class of the pump is IP 44. Professional electrical installation is recommended.
What material is the body made of?
The body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with double-layer construction for better insulation, noise reduction and durability. The washing and rinsing arms are also made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and a long service life in demanding commercial premises.
