Distiller 200L

Usage: Professional essential oil extractor designed to obtain pure essences from medicinal plants such as lavender, mint, rosemary, bay leaf, and thyme. Constructed entirely from stainless steel for reliable and efficient distillation.

Features: 200L heating tank with removable internal grid filter and clamp-sealed lid. 45L cooling tank with coil and tubing system. Includes analog thermometer and safety valve for precise temperature control.

How to Use:

1. Fill the heating tank with water up to the edge of the grid filter.
2. Insert the plants, compacting them to optimize steam extraction.
3. Fill the cooling tank with cold water to facilitate vapor condensation.
4. Close the clamp-sealed lid and connect the tubing to the cooling circuit.
5. Start heating the water to begin extraction.

Once the temperature reaches 100°C, steam extracts the essences. As it passes through the cooling coil, the steam condenses, separating the essential oil from water. The final product is collected directly from the cooling tank's outlet.
