The design is based on the classic Scottish whiskey distiller configuration, characterized by a tall helmet and slightly downward-sloping arm. This construction allows for a reflux process, making the final product purer and of higher quality.
Usage principle: The distiller operates on the principle of vaporization and condensation, where cooling the steam separates the alcohol. The device enables purification and concentration of various liquids, making the product purer and more concentrated.
