What do I need to operate this filler?
It runs on 6-bar compressed air, so a separate air compressor of about 50–100 litres with a hydrophore is required and is not included in the set. Make sure the compressor is in place before commissioning.
Is it suitable for viscous liquids?
Yes. It has a 3D valve designed for viscous substances, and a funnel is recommended for feeding thicker products into the device so they dose cleanly.
How is the dosing volume set?
The unit covers a wide adjustable dosing range, set precisely with a hand crank. Vacuum and dosing are triggered by a button press, and two air-pressure regulators let you adjust the filling speed.
How easy is it to clean?
The parts in contact with the product are stainless steel, and the device can be cleaned easily and quickly without special tools, which supports good food-industry hygiene between products.
