Professional Fat Melting Machine Gocmen - Industrial Butter Melter
The industrial Gocmen fat melting machine (Turkey) ensures effective melting of various fats at temperatures up to +50°C. Made entirely of stainless steel, the device is ideal for:
- Melting butter (+32...35°C)
- Processing margarine (+34...43°C)
- Preparing animal fat (+41°C)
- Liquefying coconut oil (+25°C)
Reliable Melting Process
The melting occurs in two stages: first, the fat blocks are placed on the +50°C melting grid and the lid is closed. Then the melted mass flows into the lower +70°C container, where uniform mixing takes place until complete melting.
