Usage: Isobaric filling machine for food liquids with CO2 (wine, beer, cocktails, etc.), fits bottles from 0.75L up to 6L magnums. Ideal for small batch filling of varied bottle sizes and shapes, reduces foam and oxidation during filling.
Properties: Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, single laser-cut plate, electro-polished parts in contact with product. Includes automatic pneumatic bottle lifting, rapid bottle format change, 3 polished spouts, safety valve (certified). Durable: all components, incl. bottle lift, are stainless steel.
Technical data: Up to 100 bottles/h, bottles from 0.75–6L, max working pressure 5 bar, compressed air connection, 1 manometer (pressure gauge), weight 55kg.
Warnings: Minimum maintenance, suitable for food contact. Safety valve is tested and certified.
