What containers can be filled with the Olea M12?
Olea M12 is mainly designed for 5-liter tin cans, but thanks to the weight-based dosing system (load capacity up to 12 kg) and interchangeable nozzles, it is also suitable for bottles and cylinders. The electronic scale allows precise programming of the desired amount of filling within the load capacity.
What is the hourly productivity?
Approximately 120 five liter cans per hour in continuous operation. Actual throughput depends on operator performance, oil viscosity and tank type. The Liveran pump ensures a flow rate of up to 1,200L/h without aerating the product.
Is the machine suitable for bottling edible oil?
Yes. All parts in contact with the product are stainless steel, including the AISI 316 dosing tube, which offers excellent corrosion resistance for food and oil applications. O-ring seals ensure hygienic operation that meets the standards of the food industry.
What supply voltage is required?
Olea M12 works with 220V single-phase supply voltage, which is suitable for small workshops and small manufacturers, without the need for a three-phase installation. The operating temperature range is +10°C to +40°C.
Can the filling speed be adjusted?
Yes. The control panel has a potentiometer to adjust the speed of the Liveran pump, which allows fine tuning according to the viscosity of the oil and the type of container. A separate button is also available for manual dispensing.
