What is the recommended production volume for this machine?
This manual bottling machine is ideal for small wineries up to 20hl/year. Suitable for hobbyists and small producers who need a reliable and affordable solution for bottling wine, oil or other food-safe liquids without the investment of an automated line.
How does autofill work?
After manually starting (priming) the siphons, the liquid flows from the source vessel by gravity through the 3 siphons into the bottles. A safety float stops the flow when the bottles reach the correct level, ensuring even filling without overflow.
What material is it made of?
The whole machine and siphons are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10 grade), completely food safe and corrosion resistant for wine, oil and other non-corrosive food liquids. Easy to clean and durable for long-term use.
Is the connecting hose included?
No, the ø16mm hose required to connect the machine to the source vessel is not included. You will need to separately purchase food-safe silicone or PVC hose with a 16mm inner diameter, available from winemaking suppliers.
Can I use it for oil or other liquids?
Yes, it is suitable for all kinds of non-corrosive food liquids, including wine, olive oil, vinegar and similar products. However, it is not suitable for corrosive or non-food liquids. Thorough cleaning between different products is recommended to avoid cross-contamination.
