Multipurpose filters for juice filtration. For use in a juice post-filter system, i.e. larger sediment must be removed with a pre-filter. Filter size 20x20cm. 100 pcs in a package, 25 pcs in a small package. The filters are made of pure natural materials such as various cellulose layer fibers obtained from hardwoods and conifers, diatomaceous earth and perlite. The filters themselves are biodegradable. How to place the filter? Filters require careful handling when inserted into the plate filter. Avoid rotating, bending and rubbing the filter element. Do not use a damaged filter. Each filter plate has a rough side and a smooth side. Wetted pads are sterilized with steam or hot water before filtration. After sterilizing, gently unscrew the tensioned pads from the casing and allow to cool before use. Sterilization: hot water (soft and clean): 25 minutes at +85°C, measured at exit (at least 0.5 bar exit pressure). Steam (clean) up to a maximum of 134°C, about 20 minutes. Then rinse with clean water (50ml/m²). Regeneration First rinse with cold water (15-20°C) for 5 minutes in the direction of filtration. Rinse with hot water (60-80 ° C) for 10 minutes in the opposite direction. Attention: moistened pads must be reused as soon as possible..

These sheets finely polish juice or wine that has already been roughly clarified, so coarse sediment must be removed with a pre-filter first. Sending sediment-heavy liquid straight to them would clog the sheets quickly.

Rinsing them with hot water or steam before use removes loose fibres and sanitises the surface, protecting the product's taste and safety. Follow the stated times and temperatures so the sheets are not damaged.

Are these filter sheets reusable?
