Floating lid 990mm oil stainless steel

Suitable for all types of variable capacity tanks. This type of floating lid prevents the wine from coming into contact with air.

The floating lid is positioned on the liquid inside the tank. On the surface that remains in contact with the air, vaseline oil is poured between the edge of the floating lid and the inner surface of the tank. The vaseline oil, odourless, tasteless and food-grade, being lighter than wine, stays afloat and prevents air from coming into contact with the liquid.
