Usage: Air floating lid kit ⌀ 910 mm designed for stainless steel tanks with internal diameters from 920 to 940 mm. Ideal for wine preservation by eliminating air contact with the liquid surface.

Technical data: Lid diameter: 910 mm. Compatible tank internal diameter: 920–940 mm.
Proper use of floating air lids:
- Always fully fill the tank with wine
- Place the stainless steel float lid on the surface of the wine
- Unscrew the valve on the pump to allow inflation
- Inflate the tube to approximately 0.7 atm
- Check that the tube is tight against the inner surface of the tank and close the valve of the pump
- Check the air pressure every 15 days
Warnings: If the tube does not maintain pressure, check for holes, verify the attachment between air chamber and plastic tube, ensure air hose clamps are not loose, confirm the gauge is not broken, and verify the pump valve is functioning properly.
