What is the built-in filter for?
The integrated filter catches pulp, sediment and other unwanted particles as the liquid passes through, so it is useful when bottling juice or transferring liquids where you want a cleaner result without a separate strainer.
What is the maximum temperature the funnel can handle?
As a food-grade polypropylene (PP) funnel it is intended for cool to warm liquids; it tolerates roughly up to 70°C in continuous use, so avoid pouring boiling liquid directly through it for long periods.
How do I clean the funnel and its filter?
Rinse it immediately after use before residues dry, remove and clean the filter separately, and wash with warm water and mild detergent; the smooth PP surface is easy to keep hygienic for repeated food use.
What bottle openings does it fit?
It is shaped to sit in fairly narrow bottle and container necks (around the size range stated on the product), and the wide top makes pouring easy while the narrow stem directs flow into the bottle.
