Usage: The Fido hermetic glass jar is suitable for bain-marie cooking, airtight storage, pasteurisation, and storing small objects or home decoration. Large formats are ideal for fermentation, while small ones can be used for serving finger food and desserts.
Properties: Made of glass, metal and food grade silicone. Colour: transparent. Comes with metal ring and silicone gasket. BPA-free. Airtight design. The gasket is hand-wash only without detergents. The jar can be washed in the dishwasher without the metal ring and gasket.
