Hangiri Rice Mixing Bowl ⌀600x(H)140mm
The perfect utensil for mixing sushi rice with vinegar. Core made from polystyrene (PS), surface made from polyethylene – to ensure lightweight and keeping the warmth of mixed rice which increases vinegar absorption. The surface prevents the growth of bacteria and does not absorb moisture, does not crack, there's no risk of black mould formation. Shape slightly extended towards the top – the tilt angle of the rim enables stacking. Dishwasher safe. Heat resistance: 90°C. Available in different sizes (code: 513804, 513811).
