Operating Principle
The device attracts insects with UV light, and the high-voltage metal grid instantly kills them with an electric shock. Dead insects fall onto the removable base, which is easy to clean.

How do I clean and maintain the lamp?
Switch the lamp off first, then remove the base at the bottom to empty the collected insects, using the included cleaning brush. The body is made of brushed aluminium, which wipes clean easily and resists corrosion in kitchens and food areas.
Do the UV tubes need replacing over time?
Yes. UV tubes gradually lose their output even when they still light up, which weakens the attraction. Replacing them periodically with matching 10 W tubes keeps the trap working at full effectiveness.
