What drinks can be bottled with this machine?

The RLV4-iSo is designed for all carbonated drinks: beer, cider, sparkling wine, prosecco and sparkling water. The isobaric principle maintains the CO₂ content during bottling, preventing foaming and gas loss. It is not suitable for still drinks, for which it is more practical to use gravity or counter pressure bottlers.

What is the actual bottling rate per hour?

With the simultaneous operation of 4 nozzles, the machine bottles up to 400 bottles per hour, depending on the size of the bottle, the level of carbonation and the experience of the operator. A typical result for 0.5 l beer bottles is 350-400 pdl/h. For larger or highly carbonated products, the speed will be slightly reduced.

What communications are necessary for installation?

A 220V single-phase power supply (0.37 kW), compressed air at 6 bar with a flow rate of 120 l/min and a CO₂ supply to create back pressure are required. A compressed air dryer is strongly recommended to prevent internal rust. Ensure clean filtered air and stable gas pressure for consistent bottling results.

Is the machine suitable for food industry production?

Yes. All parts in contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel. The design allows for thorough CIP cleaning and disinfection between batches. In commercial schools and wine cellars, a bottle cleaning system (water/air) can be ordered as an additional equipment, which ensures hygienic bottle preparation.

Can the bottling level be adjusted for different bottle sizes?

Yes. The machine is suitable for bottles with a height of up to 350 mm and a diameter of up to 120 mm. Various bottling level tubes are available as an accessory to allow precise adjustment of headspace for 0.33L, 0.5L, 0.75L and 1L bottles. The format change takes only a few minutes.
