The kit is built for about 500 kg of fruit or berries per hour, from washing through to bottling. That suits larger growers who press their full harvest in a working day. For smaller volumes the 300 kg/h version of the kit is the better fit.
What connections does the kit need to run on-site?
It needs a mains electricity connection for the press, a water supply for the washing system, and propane gas cylinders for the pasteuriser. Once those three are in place the kit runs as a self-contained line at the orchard. Plan a full day's gas and water supply before you start pressing.
Why does the kit pasteurise the juice before filling?
Pasteurising heats the juice to stabilise it so it keeps in bag-in-box packaging without refrigeration. This lets you store and sell the pressed juice for months rather than days. The propane-fired pasteuriser handles this step inline before the filler.
