Kit 200 homebrewing
Usage: Kit intended for home brewing, with all elements in stainless steel for maximum durability and safety. Suitable for brewing beer or fermenting beverages up to 200 litres per batch.
Properties: Includes a 200 litre heavy-duty stainless steel brewing pot with tap, professional analogue thermometer, ergonomic handles, and stainless steel lid. Fermentation tank (200 litre) with tap, stainless steel lid, and airlock. Stainless steel grain filter included. All parts easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. Pot dimensions: diameter 630mm, height 680mm. Fermentation tank dimensions: diameter 530mm, height 980mm. Filter diameter: 530mm.
Technical data: Material: Stainless steel 304. Capacity: 200 litres for both boiler and fermenter. Analogue thermometer included. Taps: 1 inch on pot, 1/2 inch on fermenter. Lids: stainless steel, with knob/airlock as appropriate.

What size batch can I brew with this kit?
The set is designed for batches of up to 200 liters. Both the brewing pot and the fermentation vessel have the same volume of 200 L, which allows all the boiled wort to be transferred to the fermentation vessel without loss of volume.
Is AISI 304 stainless steel food safe?
Yes. AISI 304 is a standard food grade stainless steel used in breweries and wineries around the world. It is corrosion resistant, does not react with wort or beer and fully complies with EU food contact regulations.
How to clean the kit after brewing?
Immediately after use, rinse with warm water to remove residue, then clean with a non-corrosive alkaline detergent such as PBW. Disinfect with peracetic acid or Star San before next use. Avoid chlorine-based products that can damage stainless steel.
Is the airlock included with the fermenter?
Yes. The 200 L fermenter is supplied with a stainless steel lid and an airlock that allows CO₂ to escape during fermentation while preventing oxygen and contaminants from entering.
Can the pot be used on an induction stove?
The pot is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which can work on induction depending on the design of the bottom. For the 200 L volume, we recommend a dedicated gas burner or electric brewing system, as most home induction stoves cannot provide sufficient power.
