Turn on the water in a hygienic way by simply pressing your knee against the front panel. Equipped with hot and cold water mixer which is located under the front panel. Where is this sink usually used?
This knee-operated sink is designed for professional environments where strict hygiene standards are required: commercial kitchens, food preparation areas, butcher shops, bakeries and medical and laboratory facilities. Hands-free use prevents cross-contamination between the raw material and the mixer handle.
What material is the sink made of?
Both the sink and the back wall are made of 18/8 stainless steel (equivalent to AISI 304), which offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability and easy cleaning. The material meets food safety requirements.
How does the knee operated mechanism work?
The faucet is located under the front panel. Pressing the panel with your knee activates the water flow automatically. When the pressure is released, the flow stops. The temperature is pre-set with the hot and cold water faucet below.
What are the water connection requirements?
The sink uses a standard 1/2" water connection for both hot and cold water. The drain hole diameter is Ø 50 mm, which is compatible with standard commercial kitchen plumbing. Installation by a qualified plumber is recommended.
Is the soap dispenser included?
Yes, the sink is supplied with a spout and an integrated soap dispenser, making it a fully equipped hygienic hand washing station ready for installation.
