What does this machine do besides labeling?
Besides applying front and back labels, it adds a heat-shrink Bordeaux capsule to the bottle. Combining labels and capsule in one machine gives a finished bottle in one pass. Labeling accuracy control checks placement.
How many bottles per hour can it process?
It runs at up to 850 bottles per hour. It suits round bottles around 85 mm in diameter and up to 375 mm tall. The label is wrapped fully around the bottle.
What bottle sizes does it fit?
It is set for bottles of 85 mm diameter and up to 375 mm height. Special connection adapters are available for other bottles. This covers standard wine-style bottles.
What utilities does it require?
It runs on a 230 V or 400 V supply and needs 6 bar compressed air. Air consumption is about 8.2 l/min. This suits most bottling lines.
Can it add date or serial codes?
Yes; a date and serial number printer is available as an accessory. A labeled-bottle detection sensor can also be added. These extend it to fully finished, traceable bottles.
