How does the batch stamp work?
The integrated batch stamp prints production data (batch number, date) directly on the label during installation. The maximum print area is 45×20mm with a character height of 3mm. The set includes 90 characters (numbers and symbols), a spare pad and black ink. The characters are assembled by hand before each production run.
Does the machine need electricity?
No, the ETI 05 is a fully manual machine and does not require electricity. The Operaator rotates the bottle by hand on a roller system to apply the label. This makes it ideal for small wineries, craft breweries and mobile bottling systems where power supply may be limited.
What is the productivity?
Typical productivity is around 500 bottles per hour with an experienced operator. Actual throughput depends on bottle size, label type and operator experience. For larger volumes, FERMETECH offers semi-automatic and automatic labeling machines from the ETI series.
Can I use letters and numbers on the stamp?
Yes. The standard set includes 90 numbers and symbols. An optional alphanumeric character set is available for separate applications requiring text codes in addition to lot numbers.
