Usage: The Alembic Copper Domed Lid fits DigiBoil 35L and BrewZilla 35L only. The large copper surface area of this copper dome acts as a catalyst with the vapor in the still and helps to enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas during the distilling process. It can also help remove unwanted sulfur compounds which results in a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
Features: This unit was primarily designed to be used with the AlcoEngine Pot Still, but can also be used with the AlcoEngine Reflux Still if you wish.
Warnings: Please note that copper is a very soft metal and can be dented quite easily. Store and use with care.
