300L Maceration Tank with Conical Bottom Made of Stainless Steel
High-quality 300-liter maceration tank is made of food grade AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel. The tank is ideal for processing fruits, nuts, cherries, and chestnuts, and is an essential tool in wine production.
A special feature of the tank is its durable Lexan polycarbonate transparent lid, which allows monitoring of the maceration process and ensures optimal light access. Lexan material combines glass-like transparency with light weight and exceptional durability.

What is maceration and what is this 300 L tank built for?
Maceration is soaking solids — fruits, nuts, cherries, chestnuts, dried fruit — to extract their character. This AISI 304 stainless tank is built for that, with a 10° conical bottom that aids processing and emptying.
Why does it have a transparent Lexan lid?
The Lexan polycarbonate lid lets light reach the product and lets you watch the maceration progress, while still protecting the contents from dust and bacteria.
How durable is the Lexan lid compared with glass?
Lexan offers glass-like transparency but is much lighter, extremely impact-resistant so it does not shatter or break, and tolerant of high temperatures — safer and more practical in a workshop.
How do I empty and clean it?
It has a partial outlet on the cylinder and a full discharge at the conical bottom with DIN 32 ball valves, so you can rack off liquid or drain completely, and the stainless construction cleans easily.
