DL-malic acid is a universal pH regulator, ideal for the production of fruit beverages and wines. This 25 kg food-grade additive ensures precise acidity control in your products.

Instructions for use:
Dissolve a small amount of DL-malic acid in wort or wine, then mix it into the main batch. The acidity of wort and wine is measured as tartaric acid in grams per liter. DL-malic acid naturally occurs in many berries and green apples at a concentration of 2–7 grams per liter. Along with tartaric acid, it is one of the most important organic acids found in wine grapes.
