Frequently asked questions about 975671
Is this mincer suitable for continuous processing?
No, the MG 700 is intended for smaller catering establishments and for periodic use. The 850 W motor and 180 kg/h productivity cope well with short batches, but continuous work is not recommended. For continuous use, we recommend an industrial mincer.
What can I make with the included accessories?
Three chopping discs (3, 4.5 and 8 mm) cover fine to coarse chopping for pâtés, burgers and meatballs. Two sausage cups (Ø 12 and 21 mm) allow you to make thinner and thicker sausages, while the kebbe nozzle makes hollow meat tubes for Middle Eastern dishes.
How does reverse mode work?
The reverse gear rotates the auger shaft in the opposite direction at 100 rpm to remove blockages caused by tendons or bone fragments. Activate it briefly without removing the head, then resume normal chopping at speed 1 or 2.
Is the housing food safe and easy to clean?
Yes. The aluminum body with a satin finish is corrosion-resistant and easy to wipe clean. The chopping head, auger, discs and tubes can be disassembled for hand washing. Before disassembly, pull the plug from the wall and dry all parts thoroughly to prevent oxidation.
What is the difference between speed 1 and speed 2?
Speed 1 (150 rpm) is suitable for softer meats and delicate discs - gives a clean texture without overheating. Speed 2 (210 rpm) increases throughput for stronger or coarser chopping. Choose according to the type of meat and the desired result.
