What is the actual bottling capacity?
The system bottles 100-250 bottles per hour depending on bottle size, beverage temperature, CO2 pressure and operator experience. Optimum productivity is achieved with cold drinks (4-8 °C) and a stable CO2 pressure of 2-3 bar.
How does the principle of isobaric bottling work?
