Do you need a turntable for even baking?
No. This model uses a rotating magnetron antenna mounted on the bottom of the chamber, which distributes microwaves evenly without a turntable. This allows the use of rectangular trays and larger dishes that would not fit on a standard turntable.
What are the power settings and chamber capacity?
The power levels of the oven are 1500W and 1000W — for quick heating or gentler cooking. The volume of the chamber is 23 liters and the diameter of the base is Ø305 mm, which is suitable for standard GN containers and serving plates used in catering.
Is the oven easy to clean?
Yes. Both the inner and outer casing are made of high-quality steel, and the bottom of the chamber is covered with a special ceramic material. This combination is stain resistant, prevents wear of the base and makes daily cleaning quick and hygienic.
Can these ovens be stacked to save space?
No. This model is not stackable. The oven must be installed on a stable, heat-resistant work surface with a sufficient ventilation gap around the housing to ensure reliability and prevent overheating.
Does the 280058 have a defrost function?
Yes. Model 280058 has a separate defrost function at 20% power, plus the option to double the portion and an adjustable sound signal at the end of the cooking cycle. The maximum cooking time is 30 minutes.
