200L Vertical Industrial Mixing Blender for Powder Products - AISI 304
Efficient vertical mixing blender equipped with a central screw and side blades, ensuring quick and uniform mixing throughout the container. The innovative vertical design ensures complete product mixing at both bottom and sides.
Operating Principle
The central screw tube transports product upward while side blades direct mass downward. This dual movement ensures perfect mixing in half the time. During emptying, automatic reverse rotation activates.

How long is a typical mixing cycle?
Thanks to the double action of the central auger and the side blades, a homogeneous mixture is usually achieved in 5-15 minutes, depending on the product and the size of the quantity. A digital timer allows precise mixing time control for repeatable results.
Is the mixer suitable for food production?
Yes. The device is made of polished AISI 304 stainless steel, which is a food-safe material. All surfaces in contact with the product are smooth and easy to clean. The removable guide can be washed separately for thorough hygiene.
What electrical connection is required?
The machine requires a 400V three-phase connection with a power of 4kW (5.5 HP). The integrated inverter enables speed regulation between 25-60 rpm according to the characteristics of different products and mixing requirements.
How does the exhaust system work?
The mixer has an integrated discharge valve at the bottom of the tank. When emptying, the automatic reverse direction is activated, which helps direct the product towards the outlet and ensures complete emptying of the container without manual intervention.
