Which drive unit do I need to use this mixing arm?
The mixing arm works with the universal Waring Big Stik drive (sold separately, e.g. WSBPPCE). The arm itself contains no motor — it simply attaches to the drive.
How do I choose the right arm length for my container?
The longer the arm, the deeper the container it can reach. Waring rates the Big Stik arms for containers from roughly 40 L up to 200 L, so match the arm length to your largest pot or vat.
Can the mixing arm be cleaned in a dishwasher?
Yes. The arm is watertight and detaches easily from the drive, and it is dishwasher safe. Always remove it from the drive before washing.
Is it durable enough for daily professional use?
Yes. It is made of polycarbonate and AISI 304 stainless steel, and the collar has a cast construction for extra strength, so it withstands intensive kitchen use.
