Pot 200L motorized Tri-Clamp with inverter stainless steel
The 200L TRI-CLAMP stainless steel motorized pot with Inverter is the ideal tool for production in brewing, food and pharmaceutical sectors where a quality product is required as well as suitable for home production.
Manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) that guarantees perfect chemical stability, the 200L CLAMP motorized pot respects the organoleptic properties of the product.
The thick lid fixed to the pot by stainless steel hooks ensures that the right temperature is maintained, also thanks to mashing blades which keep the product in continuous movement by the agitator motor equipped with a gear motor with inverter, allowing the rotation speed to be adjusted from 6 to 42 rpm and the direction of rotation to be reversed via a practical control panel with digital keypad.
It is fitted as standard with the TRI-CLAMP quick-connection system consisting of a DN32 CLAMP 1" 1/2 stainless steel valve with PG 20 stainless steel hose nozzle, gaskets and CLAMP clamps. The main features of this system are the easy assembly and disassembly for which no tools are required and the ease of cleaning thanks to its smooth joints.

What is the TRI-CLAMP connection system?

Can the tank be used on an induction cooker?
No. The tank is NOT suitable for induction heating systems. It should be used with gas burners or an electric resistance heating system suitable for stainless steel.
