Pot 200L motorized
Usage: Motorized jam pot designed for artisanal and small production of high-quality jam. Includes food grade silicone scraper on the bottom paddle to prevent burning and caramelization.
Properties: Made entirely from high-thickness stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304), including sphere valve DIN32, reinforced lid with steam openings, stainless steel mashing blades, and analog thermometer with stainless protection. Features a gearmotor (220V, 0.09kW, 28 RPM) and reinforced stainless steel handles.
