Pot 200L Tri-Clamp motorized stainless steel
The 200L TRI-CLAMP stainless steel motorized pot is the ideal tool for production in brewing, food and pharmaceutical sectors where a quality product is required as well as suitable for home production.
Manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) that guarantees perfect chemical stability, the 200L CLAMP motorized pot respects the organoleptic properties of the product.
The thick lid fixed to the pot by stainless steel hooks ensures that the right temperature is maintained, also thanks to mashing blades which keep the product in continuous movement by the 220V 0.09kW motor with gearmotor.
It is fitted as standard with the TRI-CLAMP quick-connection system consisting of a DN32 CLAMP 1"1/2 stainless steel valve with PG20 stainless steel hose barb, gaskets and CLAMP clamps. The main features of this system are the easy assembly and disassembly for which no tools are required and the ease of cleaning thanks to its smooth joints. The 200L pot is also equipped with a professional-quality analogue thermometer with probe for easy control of the cooking temperature of the product, a lid with stainless steel knob and handles.

What is a 200L boiler suitable for?
The boiler is designed for beer brewing, food processing and pharmaceutical production, as well as artisan home production. AISI 304 stainless steel ensures chemical stability and food safety, while motorized mixing impellers at 28 rpm ensure uniform mixing of liquids and semi-solid products.
Can the boiler be used on an induction stove?
No. The 200L boiler is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is not ferromagnetic and is therefore NOT suitable for induction heating systems. The boiler is designed for use on gas burners or external heating plates that are suitable for stainless dishes.
How does the TRI-CLAMP connection system work?
The TRI-CLAMP system uses a DN32 CLAMP 1"1/2 stainless valve with PG20 hose end, gaskets and clamps. Assembly and disassembly is done without tools and the smooth hygienic joints make cleaning quick and efficient — ideal for food safety.
What engine drives the meshing propellers?
The boiler is equipped with a 220V 0.09kW electric motor, which is connected to a reducer at an operating speed of 28 rpm. This low-speed, high-torque configuration ensures gentle but continuous product movement, preventing burning and ensuring even heat distribution.

The internal diameter of the boiler is 630mm, the height is 680mm, and the dimensions including the motor are 760x840mm (h). The wall thickness is 1mm and the bottom thickness is 1.5mm. The 200L volume is suitable for small and medium-sized artisanal and professional production.
