Usage: This 200L motorised jam pot is designed for professional and semi-professional cooking of jams and preserves. Suitable for both companies and advanced amateurs, it features a Tri-Clamp quick-connect valve and ergonomic handles for safe and efficient use.
Properties: Made of 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) for high durability and hygienic standards. Equipped with a food grade silicone scraper, a reinforced thick stainless steel lid with hooks and steam escape holes, and an analogue thermometer with probe protection for precise temperature monitoring.

No, the 200L motor kettle is not suitable for induction cookers. It is designed for use on gas burners or other direct heat sources. The boiler does not heat up on the induction stove because the AISI 304 stainless steel base does not have the ferromagnetic properties required for induction.
What is the motor specification and how fast does the scraper spin?
