Professional semiautomatic monobloc filling and capping machine designed for spouted flexible pouches (doypack). Dosing range from 50-1300ml.

Includes nitrogen injection system for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), extending product shelf life.

What does the nitrogen injection system do?

It flushes the pouch with nitrogen for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) before sealing. This displaces oxygen and extends the shelf life of sauces, creams and similar products.

What dosing range and method does it use?

It uses a volumetric piston dosing system covering 50–1300 ml with high accuracy and repeatability. The piston handles both liquid and viscous products consistently.

How do you switch between fill volumes?

It has quick-change dosing cylinders, so you swap cylinders to move between volumes in the 50–1300 ml range. This shortens changeover between products.
