Usage: The Gold 100 oil mill is designed for olive oil producers, supporting daily quantities up to 800 kg and allowing immediate processing after harvest, for premium extra virgin olive oil. Suitable for industrial, artisan, and home production.
Properties: Features a knife crusher, continuous horizontal crusher, new generation two-phase decanter, automatic cleaning via integrated washing circuit, water dosage flow meter, automatic press heating with sensor, and dual inverter-controlled screw drives.
