Why do the walls have perforations?
The perforated walls allow continuous air circulation around the produce, which helps keep harvested apples, berries and other crops fresh and reduces moisture build-up during storage.
What is the difference between the dynamic and static load capacity?
The dynamic load capacity (400 kg) applies when the box is being moved, for example by forklift, while the static load capacity (5000 kg) applies when boxes are standing still and stacked. Plan stacking heights according to the static figure and never exceed the dynamic limit while lifting.
How should the box be cleaned between uses?
Because it is reusable and made for food handling, clean it between harvests to remove plant residue and prevent mould or cross-contamination; the smooth construction is designed to be easy to wash down.
Can it be handled both manually and with a forklift?
Yes. The strong construction with four feet allows safe lifting by forklift as well as manual handling, and boxes can be stacked securely to save space.
