Our modern pasteurizers are equipped with efficient spiral heat exchangers and a hot water circulation pump. The innovative design, where the juice pipe is located inside the hot water pipe, ensures maximum heat exchange efficiency.

Stepwise power regulation by changing the number of heating elements
Precise thermostatic control
Optimal hot water system: temperature 4-5°C higher than the outgoing juice temperature
