The 75-litre motorized stainless steel jam pot is a professional-quality product designed to assist businesses and enthusiasts in the jam-cooking process. Can this pot be used on an induction stove?
No, this pot is not suitable for induction heating systems. It is designed for gas burners or conventional electric stoves. Induction use can damage both the pot and the stove surface, and AISI 304 stainless steel without a ferromagnetic bottom does not guarantee efficient heat transfer.
What speed range does the mixer offer?
The 1:50 inverter gear motor allows the speed to be adjusted from 6 to 42 rpm, the direction of rotation can be changed via a digital display. The wide range is suitable for gentle mixing of delicate fruit mixtures as well as for more intense mixing in the final cooking phase of jam and marmalade.

The food-safe silicone scraper can be removed from the lower blade for more thorough cleaning. Rinse thoroughly and dry all parts before storing to prevent scale stains.
